SOCIAL MEDIA USE

Because social media is officially part of the business environment, Phases Creative Studios reserves the right for images to be used in our portfolio. We, the artists, have the right to do so.

MODIFYING FINAL IMAGES

Phases Creative Studios is committed to deliver to you a professional quality product, once we deliver the final product to the client, we ask you do not modify in any way the photos, including but no limited to cropping, applying filters, changing colors, making "corrections". Please understand , the photographer wishes to maintain control over the presentation of the images. Social Media is the must common way to share photos and the images can be easily modified. Our reputation could be compromised with the modification of the images.

The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us, the artists, exclusive rights to reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website or social media. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Please understand , the photographer wishes to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the image and scar our reputation for providing superior portraits.

Phases Creative Studios owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to copy, scan, print or reproduce photographs or digital images created by Phases Creative Studios without a paid print release.

By Doing so, you are devaluing my work as an artist. Fines will start at $50,000 for copyright infringement.
